Terms of Service

• Website: the Zhukhr Tech website, including all its pages, forms and blog.
• User: anyone who browses or uses the Website or submits any data through it.
• Services: the services offered by the Company, including ERP consulting and implementation, business analysis and process design, mobile application development, AI automation tools, and post-implementation support plans.
• Content: everything published on the Website, including text, images, logos, designs, articles and source code.

The Website is for information and marketing purposes. It presents the Company and its services. The information published on it is not a binding contractual offer and does not commit the Company to provide any specific service or price.

The actual Services are provided under a written contract or quotation signed by both parties, which sets out the scope of work, duration and fees, including support plans and service level agreements (SLAs). If the Website content conflicts with the written contract, the contract prevails.

When using the Website, the User agrees to:

• Not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose contrary to public morals.
• Not attempt to access any unauthorized part of the Website or its systems, disrupt its operation, or upload malicious software to it.

Submitting the contact form or subscribing to the mailing list does not create a contractual relationship between you and the Company. We aim to reply to requests as soon as possible, without committing to a specific response time.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Website forms, such as passwords, bank card details, or documents covered by non-disclosure agreements. If such information needs to be exchanged, it will be done through a secure channel agreed by both parties after initial contact.

All intellectual property rights in the Content, including the trade name, logo, designs, text, blog articles and the Website's source code, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by Egypt's Intellectual Property Rights Protection Law No. 82 of 2002 and applicable international agreements.

Product names and trademarks belonging to third parties, including Zoho, are owned by their respective owners. Mentioning them on the Website does not mean the Company is authorized or sponsored by their owners, unless expressly stated.
