Privacy Policy

The controller of your data is ZHUKHR for Consulting, Digital Solutions ("Zhukhr Tech"), located at 208 Plus Mall, Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. Our contact details are in clause 13.

Data you give us directly:

• When you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and size, the service you are interested in, and the details you choose to write.
• When you book an intro call: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the date and time you pick, and the topic you want to discuss.
• When you use the free check: your company size, the challenge and goal you select, and your email address and phone number if you want to receive the result.
• When you subscribe to the mailing list: your email address.

Data collected automatically when you visit the Website:

• Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, and your browser, device and operating system type.
• The pages you visited, the length of your visit and the site you came from.
• Data stored in cookies, as explained in clause 4.

We do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to send it through the Website.

We use your data only for the following purposes:

• Responding to your inquiries, scheduling the calls you book, preparing quotations and proposals, and managing communication with you before a contract is signed.
• Preparing the suggested starting point from the free check and following up with you about it.
• Sending our newsletter, including news about our articles and products, based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• Analyzing how the Website is used and improving its content, performance and browsing experience.
• Protecting the Website from misuse and intrusion.
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations.

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies, which are small files stored on your device, for three purposes:

• Essential: to run and secure the Website and its forms. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics: to understand how visitors use the Website and to improve it. These are used only with your consent.
• Preferences: to remember your choices, such as language.

You can control or delete these files from your browser settings. Disabling them may affect how some parts of the Website work.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it only in the following cases:

• With service providers and contractors acting on our behalf, such as hosting, email, customer relationship management and analytics providers, and specialists who work with us on your project, to the extent necessary to perform their services and under contractual obligations of confidentiality and protection.

• If the Company merges or is transferred in whole or in part, provided the receiving party commits to this policy.

Your data may be processed or stored by service providers whose servers are located outside the Arab Republic of Egypt. In that case, we comply with the controls and requirements the law sets for cross-border data transfers, and we aim to ensure the data enjoys an appropriate level of protection.

We keep your data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected:

• Contact requests that did not lead to a contract: up to 24 months from the last communication, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
• Mailing list data: until you unsubscribe.
• Data of contracted clients: for the duration of the contract, then for the periods required by accounting, tax and contractual rules.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. These include encrypting the connection to the Website with HTTPS, limiting access to data to those whose duties require it, and regular backups.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach occurs, we notify the Personal Data Protection Center and the affected individuals in the cases and within the deadlines set by law.

The Personal Data Protection Law gives you the following rights, which you can exercise by writing to us at the email address in clause 13:

• To know what data we hold about you and to access it.
• To have your data corrected or updated.
• To withdraw your consent to processing at any time.
• To object to the processing of your data or its purpose.
• To request deletion of your data or restriction of its processing.
• To be informed of any breach affecting your data.

We respond to requests within the period set by law, and we may ask you to verify your identity before acting on them. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Center if you believe your rights have not been respected.
